Who & why started GHCC

Tinah Titus

Titus Ssekawe

Who started

Titus and Tinah Ssekawe started Good Heart Child Care orphanage with the aim of saving needy and vulnerable children in Africa, specifically in Uganda Kampala. They recognized the dire situation faced by many children in the region, including poverty, lack of access to education and healthcare, and the absence of a stable and nurturing environment.

Why they started

The founders were driven by a deep sense of compassion and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of these children. They believed that every child deserves a chance at a better future, regardless of their circumstances. They wanted to provide a safe and loving home for orphaned and abandoned children, where they could receive proper care, education, and support.

Additionally, Titus and Tinah Ssekawe were motivated by the belief that investing in the well-being and development of these children would not only transform their lives but also contribute to the overall development of their communities and society as a whole. They understood the importance of breaking the cycle of poverty and providing opportunities for these children to reach their full potential.

By starting Good Heart Child Care orphanage, Titus and Tinah Ssekawe aimed to create a nurturing environment where children could grow, learn, and thrive. They wanted to give these children a chance to dream, to have hope, and to build a better future for themselves.
