Who We Are

Good Heart Child Care is a faith-driven, community-based nonprofit organization located in Wakiso District near Kampala, Uganda. Since 2014, we have been a safe haven for orphaned, abandoned, and vulnerable children who had nowhere else to turn.

We are more than an orphanage — we are a family.

Founded out of compassion and a deep calling to serve, Good Heart Child Care began with a simple mission: to rescue children in crisis and raise them in love, dignity, and purpose. What started with faith and a few children has grown into a nurturing home providing shelter, education, medical care, emotional healing, and spiritual guidance.

We believe every child is valuable, every life has potential, and every dream deserves a chance.

Through dedicated caregivers, teachers, and partners, we create a stable and loving environment where children can heal, grow, and discover their future. With integrity and transparency, we ensure that every act of generosity directly transforms a child’s life.
